For us, three things: the venues you can access (signature clifftop estates plus every premier resort), the depth of vendor relationships (top photographers and florists work with us first), and the planner attention you get (one named planner per couple, not a rotation). Not just brands on the door.

What does luxury actually cost?

Accepted Answer

Premium full-service weddings with us run $80,000–$300,000+. The variation is mostly guest count and venue tier — a 60-guest takeover of Khayangan starts around $80,000; a 250-guest multi-day production at Mulia or Bulgari runs $250,000+. We send pricing sheets up front, not after a sales call.

Do you work with the major branded resorts?

Accepted Answer

Yes — Bulgari Pecatu, Alila Villas Uluwatu, Six Senses Uluwatu, Mulia Resort Nusa Dua, Apurva Kempinski, St Regis. We have working planner relationships at all of them. We also plan at private estates the resorts cannot compete with — Ungasan, Khayangan, Wonderland, Pandawa Cliff.

How is this different from a luxury hotel concierge?

Hotel concierges plan weddings inside the hotel. We plan weddings anywhere on the island, coordinate across multiple venues and vendors, and run the multi-day production end-to-end. The hotel is one of many vendors we book — not the whole show.

Will we have a dedicated planner?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Named, Bali-based, on-call. Not a call centre. Not a rotation. The same person from your first discovery call to your last dance — and they live within 20 minutes of the venues they plan, so they are at site visits, tastings, and on the day itself.
