What does a villa wedding in Bali cost?

Accepted Answer

Most full-estate take-overs land $50,000–$150,000+ all-in. Villa hire is $5,000–$15,000 per night (3-night minimum), then ceremony, F&B, styling, photography, and planning on top. The math works out roughly the same as a resort wedding but with everyone you love sleeping under one roof.

How many bedrooms do we need?

Depends on your bridal party size. Most villas we book are 6–8 bedrooms (12–16 immediate family), then your wider guest list stays at nearby resorts. Larger estates (Pandawa Cliff at 21 bedrooms, Kaba Kaba at 8) can house everyone — that is the dream scenario.

Can we have a 3-day wedding?

Yes — this is the format we book most. Welcome dinner Friday at the villa, ceremony and reception Saturday, recovery brunch Sunday. We plan the whole weekend, not just the ceremony day.

Question 4

What is included with a villa take-over?

Accepted Answer

Villa hire, on-site staff (housekeeping, breakfast cooks, sometimes a butler per couple), use of pools and grounds. Wedding production (ceremony setup, catering, sound, photographer, florals) is separate and we coordinate the whole thing.

Question 5

How private is "private"?

Accepted Answer

Total. The villa is closed to other guests for the duration of your stay. Your bridal party can walk between rooms in towels, the swim shorts stay on the floor, the music plays until you stop it. Real privacy — not the resort-pool kind.
