While this is a piece of cake to a planner who knows all the suppliers individually, for a couple in another country it’s hard to know when vou need to book kev suppliers (and there’s nothing worse than suddenly realising all the good photographers are alreadv booked out for vour wedding date). Plus. simply sending off deposits overseas and hoping for the best generally isn’t a recipe for a stress-free planning experience!

Your planner is your go-to person during the planning process, your eyes and ears on the ground in Bali, your sounding board for ideas, and guide to everything from choosing a makeup artist to timing of speeches. As you organise your wedding step by step, vour planner fills you in on key suppliers that need to be booked, and decisions that need to be made along the way. Then closer to the day, your wedding planner creates your runsheet, organises operational meetings with evervone (from the caterers to the entertainment) and runs your rehearsal once you arrive in Bali. And this is all before you get to the actual wedding day!

On the dav. vour wedding team is made up of vour planner, the bride and groom’s assistants. the usher, and the driver. The bride and groom each have an assistant on the day to help with getting ready, making sure everyone has what they need, organising any last minute things that arise (there’s alwavs something that comes up at the eleventh hour! and helping to keep vou calm and relaxed so vou can enjov the day. The usher welcomes the guests and guides everyone to the right places at the right time. and the driver will pick vou up from vour accommodation and is on standby just in case.

Talitha left her 9-to-5 in Australia’s pharmaceutical industry over 8 years ago to travel the world. After a pitstop in Bali, a chance meeting with a wedding planner, and the courage to say yes, she redirected her epic Project Management skills to organising weddings and the rest is history… With the attention to detail you’d expect from a seasoned Project Manager, Talitha has every tiny detail covered, twice. And when a couple came to her after their wedding plans fell through, she turned around an entire wedding for 50 guests in two weeks. Imagine what she can do for you in a year…

meet MICHELE

Michele has been planning Bali Weddings for 8 years, and came to the industry from her previous life as a Travel Agent with years of hospitality experience. Giving her ALL the goods when it comes to working with you to plan your dream destination wedding in Bali. We love her because she’s a straight shooter, a superwoman organiser verging on OCD, she’ll plan your wedding like it’s her own… and she’ll cry her eyes out when she watches you walk down the aisle.

meet ATHA

Atha is our Balinese man on the ground, event supremo and core member of the team who supports your Wedding Planner on the big day. With a career in events, Atha has worked with many of Bali’s venues, food & beverage businesses, before working directly for a private property company that has three villas on the island. Atha quickly impressed Wedding Organisers liaising with him for wedding bookings, and soon enough he was poached by one of Bali’s biggest wedding planning companies. We are very very grateful to have his experience on the team!

Unlimited Wedding Planning Hours – Planning calls, arranging quotes, confirming
availability, booking vendors, liaising with the venue and all vendors, pre-wedding
operational meetings, managing rehearsal, on the day coordination, bump in and bump out,
amazing support and guidance and all-round ninja-ing!

 

Bride’s Assistant & Groom’s Assistant – Help with getting ready (from steaming clothing to
finding a safety pin), assisting during photos, ensuring the bride and groom have food and
drinks, and generally being on hand to help and make the bride and groom feel like rovalty.

 

Usher – To welcome guests and provide directions at key times throughout the wedding.

 

Driver/Runner – On hand in case anything needs to be picked up last minute on the day.

You’ll get the best available planner price on all bookings. This is usually a lower price than what you’ll get directly. Our suppliers get many bookings from us each year – so we’ll have much better bargaining power than you would have on your own.
